Project Scope: The Cathedral and Seminary Carmelites project, completed in 1995, encompasses a seminary with a library surrounding a cathedral, all set within a meticulously landscaped environment. The project included a basement with a water tank and stores, a rez-de-jardin with library facilities and recreational spaces, a ground floor housing community and reception areas, and two stories dedicated to residential quarters and classrooms for the fathers.

Project Scope: The Athénée School project, completed in 1993, involved the construction of two primary school buildings: one for basic education (three stories) and another for complementary classes (six stories and one underground parking level). The scope of work encompassed various tasks, including excavations, reinforced and prestressed concrete works, electrical plumbing, air conditioning installations, and finishing touches such as plastering, painting, and external joinery.

Project Scope: The Commercial Gallery Intermeuble project involved the expansion of the existing Intermeuble Gallery in Kaslik, which incorporated a former theater. External enhancements focused on modifying the façade, particularly at the entrance, while most of the project concentrated on internal renovations. This included remodeling the amphitheater into a tiered showroom, constructing footbridges and interior staircases, and establishing administrative and managerial offices.
