With a total built-up area of 49,515m2, including 64 retail shops and 45 townhouses, this project epitomizes modern urban living.

Project Scope: Beirut Mall represents a significant addition to Beirut’s commercial landscape, offering a built-up area of approximately 50,000m2. The mall contributes to the city’s vibrant retail scene by featuring amenities such as ample parking for 650 cars, farm superstores, anchor stores, retail units, a spacious mall, restaurants, and an adventure world.

Project Scope: This residential complex comprises 31 buildings, totaling approximately 40,000m2 in floor space and housing 312 apartments. The structures, primarily reinforced concrete, were meticulously crafted with attention to detail. Mouawad’s scope of work included all electro-mechanical installations and finishing touches. The project was executed by technical specifications and under the vigilant supervision of Bureau Pierre NEEMA and Associates.

Project Scope: ABC Mall Beirut stands as a significant retail venture in the bustling Achrafieh area of Beirut. Encompassing a built-up area of approximately 11,800m2, the mall offers diverse amenities, including parking for 1,500 cars, an ABC store with an area of 8,000m2, anchor stores, retail units, spacious malls, restaurants, a health club with an outdoor swimming pool, a cinema complex, and various operational areas.

Project Scope: Mouawad contributed to the Middle East Institute of Health project in Bsalim, which commenced in May 1997 and concluded in June 2002. The endeavor comprised construction two buildings, each featuring seven underground floors, one ground floor, and six upper floors. The hospital building, totaling 160 beds over approximately 20,000m2, and the clinics building, accommodating about 110 clinics across 15,000m2, were meticulously constructed using various structural methods, including reinforced concrete, post-tensioning concrete, pre-cast concrete slabs, and steel structures.
