Project Scope: Nestled on prime Al Azaiba-Muscat land, the Inma Beach Villa complex presents a captivating synergy of contemporary and classic architecture, offering mesmerizing Arabian Sea views. The three-story (G+2) Main Villa boasts 3,100 sq m, encompassing a private pool, landscaped havens, service facilities, and covered parking. Each 558 sq m Managers Villas (Typical Villas) features two floors (G+1), private pools, and covered decks, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. A dedicated Guard House, Gas Store, and Garbage Room ensure the complex’s functionality.

Project Scope: The project unfolded through three distinct phases: Phase 1 focused on laying the groundwork with substructure concrete works to ensure the robustness and stability of the foundation. Phase 2 involved the construction of the superstructure, following the completion of the substructure, marking a crucial step in the vertical development of the blocks. Finally, Phase 3 encompassed external finishing, meticulously detailing block works, MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) installations, external paint application, balustrade installation, aluminum fittings, external openings, and tiling, ultimately leading to the comprehensive aesthetic and functional completion of the project.

Comprising four blocks, each with its separate entrance, this project offers 116 apartments, commercial spaces, and lush landscaped areas. Urban Dreams embodies urban living at its finest, providing residents with a vibrant and dynamic environment.
6. LAF Model Regiment Headquarters

Project Scope: This project encompassed the construction of a regiment comprising all civil works, finishing works, electro-mechanical systems, and external works. The project consisted of 8 Blocks: Block A comprised offices, dormitories, and technical rooms across a ground floor, three upper floors, and a rooftop, totaling 2,650 m2. Block B included workshops, an industrial kitchen, a cafeteria, and technical rooms across four basements, a roof, and a rooftop, totaling 2,800 m2. Block C housed a tactical floor and generator room across one basement, ground floor, and ceiling, totaling 260 m2. Block D included a guard house, related facilities, and two canopies across one basement, ground floor, and two canopies, totaling 125 m2. Blocks E, F & G comprised three watch towers across three floors each, with respective total areas of 38 m2, 38 m2, and 25 m2. Block H housed the generators and fuel tank rooms across the ground floor, totaling 53 m2. Additionally, a concrete fence with a total length of 267 m and heights ranging between 5m and 16m surrounded the buildings, alongside infrastructure works comprising mechanical and electrical networks and excavation.

Situated in Balaa – Batroun Caza, this project entails the construction of an artificial lake with a capacity of 1,700,000m3 and a treatment plant downstream of the dam. Once completed, it will be pivotal in providing potable water to nearby towns and supporting existing irrigation projects, underscoring our commitment to sustainable infrastructure development.

Project Scope: Located north of Sage Hall and east of the existing Preschool building at the International College Campus, the International College – Phase II project comprises two buildings with common basements. The structure ranges from three to six floors with two to three basements. Additionally, an annex building houses amenities such as an art room, snack bar, and common generator room.

Project Scope: The Jurd Akkar Water Infrastructure Development project, overseen by the Council for Development and Reconstruction and expertly engineered by Bureau Technique pour le Developpment, aimed to address critical water supply needs in the region. From constructing pumping stations and reservoirs to laying distribution networks, every aspect was meticulously planned to ensure efficient and reliable water supply to the communities of Michmich, Wata Michmich, Hrar, Dinbo, and beyond.
